I’ll be posting comments and ideas from my teaching and experience in the Alexander Technique. I currently have a private practice in the Alexander Technique in New York City and am the director of the Balance Arts Center Teacher Training Course. I’ve been teaching the Alexander Technique for over 25 years and continue to be excited about the work.
