Learn to find the ground and release tension in your neck and head that leads to headaches and accompanies them. Discover a way to work with the beginning signs of stress and tension that may lead to headaches. Learn to consciously work with your thinking and your body once you have a headache.
The principles of the Alexander Technique will be explored and applied during this workshop. Releasing and directing the head, neck, and back will help you understand how to consciously control your tension and headaches.
