Lessons often include chair work, walking, and time on the table as well as work on activities requested by the student.
Students are invited to integrate their full sensory awareness in the lesson so they can easily take their new understandings into their environment.
Students often find it helpful to combine private lessons with group classes where they can have time to focus intensely on their use in a movement setting.
