Walking Well Workshops with Ann Rodiger

Walking Well Workshops are available for your walking club or group of friends. Ann Rodiger and her associates will design a workshop that suits you. We will come to you for a morning, afternoon, all day session or longer to help you take your walking to a new level of ease. We can create sessions that balance a large group with small group or individual sessions.
