Spatial Thinking & Awareness

Workshop with Ann Rodiger
AmSAT Virtual Annual Conference 2022

Spatial thinking and awareness are a large part of the Alexander Technique learning process.  In this video Ann Rodiger speaks to Alexander Technique teachers about what spatial thinking is and how it relates to some of the common AT language we often use.

Private lessons provide an opportunity for students to experience an optimal level of organization, ease, and flow so that this state becomes a reference point for easy movement during all activities.

Develop a deeper understanding of the Alexander Technique process with our drop-in classes. Taught by Ann Rodiger and BAC Faculty, these classes allow for individual attention and space to address your concerns and curiosities.

Formalize your study of the Alexander Technique with one of our in-depth training programs. The Balance Arts Teacher Training Programs offer the highest standard of teacher training in the Alexander Technique with various courses of study, including our M-1 Visa Program.
