The Class: A total 4 hour workshop, this online Pop Up aims to give students a deeper physical connection including better alignment, greater breath support, and an overall easier presence. The focus will be on the principles of the Alexander Technique and integrating them into your craft, using warm-up, monologues, and partnering work. This class is experiential, designed to teach actors how to be comfortable in their own skin and create onstage intensity without the tension. And of course, we'll be exploring what all of this means NOW.

If you've taken acting and AT with me before, let's dig deeper. If you're new to the technique, I'd love the chance to give you more tools for your crafting toolbox.
