How to use the guided lie downs:
Find a space where you can comfortably lie down on the floor.
Place a book or support under your head so that your head is supported and your neck is easy.
Place your feet flat on the floor so that your knees are bent and directed towards the ceiling.
Listen to the audio and allow yourself to consciously follow the ideas and directions.
Notice how the awareness of your senses increases as you go through this process.
Repeat as often as you like. Notice that each time you repeat the process there is potential for more change and ease.
Each Lie Down includes long pauses in audio to give time for the student to apply directions. The end of the recording will be indicated by music.
