Prepare for your auditions with a new awareness of how you present yourself. Receive feedback on and guidance to improve how your posture and presence affects your performance. In this workshop you will develop strategies for coping with anxiety during the rehearsal and performance situations. A mock audition will allow you to practice your new tools and awareness.
This intensive is developed through the principles of the Alexander Technique of conscious self awareness. Singers, actors, dancers, and musicians are all welcome. All age levels are welcome.
