Actor Recharge is a half hour focused on the instrument of the actor. This class will work on the release of tension and creating choices using a myriad of methods underlined with the principles of the Alexander Technique. No experience necessary. Please wear clothes to move in and have enough room that you can make both a standing and lying down X.
