Find the knowledge in your body to allow the energetic flow from one pose to another.
In this experiential workshop, we’ll explore the subtle flow and directional intelligence within familiar yoga asanas such as Downward Dog and Forward Folds. Rather than “doing” the pose, we’ll investigate how sensing the ground, clarifying direction, and allowing support can transform both the posture and the transition. When we fully receive the ground, the next movement can arise as a responsive, recuperative unfolding — not as strain, but as continuity.
Come dressed for movement. You’re welcome to bring a pose or transition you’d like to explore more deeply.
This workshop is ideal for yoga practitioners and teachers who are curious about deepening embodiment, enhancing flow, and discovering greater ease within familiar forms.
This workshop will meet both online and in-person at the Balance Arts Center.
Workshop Fee: $100
