In this weekend intensive, you will practice balancing the local with the global as a form of leadership in the workplace. Participants will explore the connection between individual body awareness and organizational behavior through exercises and case study discussions.
This intensive is perfect for cultivating leadership skills in the workplace. We will explore staying with self, allowing change, creating the conditions for flow, open awareness, and crisis management through self-focus.

Locations
Online Track takes place on Zoom. In Person Track takes place at the Balance Arts Center in NYC.

Register by May 8th at 5pm to receive $50 off the cost of the program.
Tuition Payment
Upon completing your registration form, you will receive an invoice directly to your inbox. Tuition will be due 48 hours after receiving your invoice.
Cancellation Policy
Participants can cancel their registrations through 5/25/26. Refunds are available minus a $50 processing fee. Beyond 5/25/26 refunds are not available.

Workshop Facilitators
Ann Rodiger
Ann Rodiger is the Founder and Director of the Balance Arts Center for the Alexander Technique in New York City. She has been a small business owner since 2001. She served as Logistic Coordinator (3 years) and on the Executive Committee (2 years) of the Siddha Foundation in upstate New York from 1995 through 2000. She served on the Board of Directors as Treasurer for the American Society of the Alexander Technique for three years. Ann holds a Masters Degree in Dance and Movement Analysis from the Ohio State University and is the author of Mind and Mend your Hips. She has graduated 53 students from the BAC Alexander Technique 1600-hour Teacher Training Course.
Lesley Curtis
Lesley S. Curtis, Ph.D., founder of Sagely, teaches metacognition and systems-thinking to guide leaders through transition. She holds a doctorate in Comparative Literature and Gender Studies from Duke University, where she studied the impact of trauma on narrative and belief. In addition to her organizational consulting, she has taught Leadership in the Workplace at UNC Chapel Hill and served as a practicum instructor for the UNC School of Social Work.
