Dabble in the Arts - Dance

In this hour introduction to movement and dance, you don't need to know a single step, have any rhythm to speak of, or feel even remotely comfortable on a dance floor. What you need is exactly what you already have — a body, a willingness, and a room full of people who are all in exactly the same delightfully uncertain boat.

Led by one of BAC's expert movement teachers, this session explores the fundamentals of dance through playful, accessible exercises that build confidence, free up the body, and — before you know what's happened — have you actually moving. We draw on styles from contemporary to social dance, with influences that reflect the global spirit of the World Cup season itself. By the end of the hour,, something will have loosened. Something will have opened. And you will almost certainly be smiling.
