    Resonance and Relaxation Class Series

    In this class you will explore how the voice and body can work together to create a free and easy resonance. You will explore motion and balance in the body and how that helps you to breathe and support your sound. This class will also feature SOVT and other vocal exercises to reduce stress and optimize resonance.

    Flow Classes On Demand

    Balance Arts Fundamentals in Flow class is a 90 minute class that will help you improve coordination and balance while developing proper tone in your body. Class will take you through a range of movements from the floor to standing that promote mobility, balance, and developmental patterns as well as establish a sense of flow and connection in your mind and body.

    Online AT Course Series

    Learn a process for unifying your field of attention and your sensory experiences through daily guided awareness activities designed to integrate your mind and body in action. This five-tiered series allows you to participate as little or as much as you would like within 48 weeks of guidance.
