Alexander Technique for Dancers & Somatic Practitioners
This two-day workshop brings the principles of the Alexander Technique to dancers and movement educators at every stage of their careers. The morning masterclass introduces the AT principles and puts them directly to work in the dancing body. The afternoon is yours to shape: continue in a dance class taught through an Alexander lens, or turn your attention to your teaching alongside a master teacher.

Discovering how you integrate the principles and bring your whole system into balance leads to a greater sense of ease and presence in your dancing.
Afternoon Track B: Application of the AT Principles to your Dancing
For dance teachers, choreographers, and somatic educators. This track is devoted to observing and communicating the AT Principles with a student-centered pedagogical approach that maximizes learning and change. Working alongside Ann Rodiger, participants examine how the principles of the Alexander Technique can shape the way they run a room.
