A BAC teacher will gently guide you through a process of release and restoration that most people have never experienced before. Tension you didn't know you were carrying will begin to dissolve. Your breathing will deepen. Your balance will return. All without effort.

This is not meditation. This is not yoga. It is the Alexander Technique used by the world's greatest actors, musicians, athletes, and dancers to find ease, balance, presence, and clarity in their bodies. And right now, in this room, it belongs to you.
