  • Balance Arts Center 151 West 30th Street New York, NY, 10001 United States (map)

Do you want to learn to juggle? Experience the many benefits of juggling by learning to consciously apply Alexander Technique principles to the basic 3-ball cascade. Students will experiment in open practice with the instructor to hone focus, improve hand-eye coordination, and enhance spatial awareness. This workshop is suitable for brand-new jugglers and beginners looking to improve their skills. If you have your own juggling balls, bring them! If not, the BAC will supply them for you.

This workshop will meet in-person on Saturday, June 13th from 2-3:30pm in Bryant Park. Please plan to meet on the steps of the New York Public Library on 5th Ave. In case of inclement weather, this workshop will meet at the Balance Arts Center at 151 W 30th St, 3rd Floor.

Registration is required to attend.
