Certified Alexander Technique teachers are invited to join the Balance Arts Center for continuing education and deep dives into specific topics of study. These online sessions will be held alongside our Teacher and Trainee Deep Dive, which will occur in-person at the Balance Arts Center.

Week 1: July 6 - July 10 from 10am - 1pm
Monday: Head, Neck, Tongue and Jaw
Tuesday: Breathing
Wednesday: Phonating
Thursday: Walking
Friday: Table Work

Registration is required to attend.
Class Tuition: $30/class

All classes will meet online via Zoom from 10-11:30am ET.
