AT Music is an introductory three-week workshop for vocalists and musicians highlighting the student’s anatomical understanding of themselves, the instrument, and the interplay of the two within the context of the Alexander Technique. Students will receive hands-on work and individual coaching sessions from Ann Rodiger, with the assistance of Miles Mandwelle.

Classes will take place 6/5, 6/12, and 6/26.
