This two-day workshop brings the principles of the Alexander Technique to dancers and movement educators at every stage of their careers. The morning masterclass introduces the AT principles and puts them directly to work in the dancing body. The afternoon is yours to shape: continue in a dance class taught through an Alexander lens, or turn your attention to your teaching alongside a master teacher.
