This 45 minute class, led by Alice MacDonald, will provide an Intro to the Alexander Technique and Lie Downs. We will look at ways to find recuperation and ease that you can incorporate into your daily life - and I will lead a restorative, awareness building “lie down” that will allow you to rest, reset, and renew your energy.
