Living with Hypermobility: Strategies for the Hypermobile Person

  • Balance Arts Center 151 West 30th Street New York, NY, 10001 United States (map)

Find stability in your instability though understanding hypermobility and how to work with it. The principles of the Alexander Technique provide a structural paradigm for your body that invites you to function as a coherent connected system. From there you can learn how to think and build habits that support less pain, better posture, and easier balance. You’ll leave the workshop with new ideas and ways of working with yourself.

This workshop will be led by Ann Rodiger, a teacher of the Alexander Technique and who lives with EDS. She directs the Balance Arts Center for the Alexander Technique in New York City.
